Shipping: 

Our current processing time is up to 5-7 days (from the date of order to the ship date). While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please remember that all our items are handmade and processed by a single person.

Once your order is placed, we will begin working on it promptly. Please note that you will not receive an email update until your shipping label has been created and your order is processed. 

Returns:

Due to nature of the handmade beaded necklaces, all sales are final. Please handle with care and we recommend removing all items during play, crating, or anytime your pet may be left unsupervised for safety.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the damage. Damage resulting from use or handling after delivery is not covered.

All products are meant to be worn occasionally with supervision and as accessories only.

For safety, we recommend always taking off all products during play, when crated, and whenever your pet may be unsupervised.

Due to variation in computer and phone qualities, the actual color of our products may vary slightly compared to the color shown in the pictures. Also, note that all products are handmade and may have minor variations in size. Props and accessories shown in the picture's will not be sold, only the product itself.

All beads were obtained legally by Boopin' Snoots and no patterns were illegally copied or reproduced in any way.
